August is National Shooting Sports Month!

The National Shooting Sports Foundation’s (NSSF) 4th celebration of shooting sports takes place throughout the month of August. We are participating with Range Challenge Summer Shoot during Trap League Thursday’s at 6:00 pm. This includes shooting .22 pistol and rifle, at 15 and 30 feet respectively, to introduce new shooters to the sport.

Have loads of fun sending rounds down range on the Summer Shots target! Enjoy the #RangeChallenge Series with family, friends and fellow range pals. Better yet, introduce someone new and get them started on their shooting sports journey. Share your experiences on social media using the #RangeChallenge hashtag to get entered into the weekly giveaways from NSSF and their sponsors.

If you can and are willing to help your club, please show up with a .22 pistol or rifle and ammo to let new shooters borrow. We hope to let anyone who wants to participate be able to do so. There will be a safety briefing with firearm review before each night’s shooting.
